President & CEO
Stephanie Fuller is the President and CEO of Iris Consulting Solutions, LLC. With nearly two decades of leadership experience in the insurance industry, she has led departments in claims, compliance, and risk management.
Her transition into project management began when she was tasked with establishing a Project Management Office—an experience that sparked a passion for structured execution and strategic delivery. Since then, she has focused on applying proven methodologies, tools, and processes to drive efficiency and successful outcomes.
Stephanie believes project management is not just a business function but a discipline that enhances every aspect of work and life. She resides in Central Illinois with her husband, four sons, and three dogs.
Hailey Brownewell
Operations Manager
Hailey Brownewell serves as the Operations Manager at Iris Consulting Solutions, LLC, where she oversees daily operations across internal processes and human resources. With an academic background in Sociology, Management & Human Organizations, and an MBA in Human Resources, she brings a people-centered perspective to operational strategy and execution.
She enjoys finding ways to make processes run more smoothly and helping others do their best work. Her experience in developing HR initiatives, improving internal workflows, and assisting in the delivery of client-focused solutions enhance both organizational performance and employee experience.
Hailey is an avid reader and lifelong learner who is always looking for new perspectives, ideas, and ways to grow. She believes that strong operations start with understanding people, and that the best systems are the ones that support both efficiency and the individuals behind the work.
